Developer terms

Credentials are personal to the developer organization and must be protected, scoped to the minimum necessary products, rotated after suspected exposure, and revoked when no longer required.

Developers may not bypass product permissions, probe other tenants, expose credentials in client applications, or use Legal or MD outputs as a substitute for licensed professional judgment.

Availability, quotas, retention, acceptable use, suspension, and jurisdictional terms require final owner/legal approval before production launch.
